A seasoned entrepreneur and management graduate, Mr. Martin Jerald founded Jayem Agencies in Kerala in 1988, navigating one of India’s most complex and unionized business environments. Through his vision and resilience, the company has grown into a leading 3PL logistics provider trusted by both multinational corporations and local enterprises.
Today, under his leadership, Jayem Infra manages over 2,50,000 sq. ft. of warehousing capacity across Kerala and Tamil Nadu and delivers end-to-end logistics solutions including freight forwarding, customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Renowned for building a system-driven organization that leverages technology, efficiency, and trust, Mr. Martin has minimized operational risks and maximized reliability. Now, he is spearheading Jayem Infra’s global expansion, beginning with the UAE, to position the company as a world-class logistics partner for businesses worldwide.

With over three decades of experience in corporate growth, governance, and global expansion, Mr. Shaji Jose brings unmatched strategic insight to Jayem Infra. A Management Graduate from Mumbai University and a Certified Independent Director (MCA, Govt. of India), he is also trained in Lean Management, ISO, and Kaizen.
Shaji has shaped growth journeys across industries including 3PL, Aviation, Retail, F&B, Real Estate, FMCG, Construction, and Infrastructure. At Jayem Infra, he leads global expansion and strategic funding—crafting cross-border growth strategies, securing sustainable capital, and steering businesses through complex transformation cycles.
Recognized for his ability to bridge boardroom strategy with execution, Shaji strengthens Jayem Infra’s credibility, investor confidence, and global positioning, ensuring long-term value creation.
